Purchase Process
1. Add the ticket for the selected event to the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. For some events, you must select the ticket category.
2. You can purchase more than one ticket in a single order. You can specify the number of tickets on the event's shopping page or adjust it in the shopping cart. The number of tickets that can be purchased in one order is not limited.
3. Proceed to checkout from the shopping cart by clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
4. Checkout - Step 1: If you already have a customer account on the portal, please log in. If not, you can create an account at this step or choose a one-time purchase without registration. The disadvantage of purchasing without registration is that you will not have unlimited access to downloading tickets and your purchase history. In this case, the ticket will only be sent via email.
5. Checkout - Step 2: Enter your details: First Name, Last Name, Country, and Phone Number (optional).
6. Checkout - Step 3: The final step of the purchase is selecting one of the available payment methods:
- Bank transfer to an account (Fio banka, a.s.), with the option to pay using a payment QR code,
- Payment by bank card via the NestPay payment gateway (VÚB Banka), supporting payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay,
- Payment via PayPal (card payment or transfer from your PayPal account).
After selecting the payment method, click the "Order with Payment Obligation" button to submit the ticket order and initiate the selected payment process.
7. We will send payment details necessary for the bank transfer, as well as a summary of your order, to your email address.
8. Upon receiving the payment, the ticket in PDF format will be sent to your email and will also be available for download in your customer account (if you did not purchase without registration).
Ticket Verification at the Event
Upon entry to the event, the validity and authenticity of the ticket will be verified by an authorized person by scanning the unique QR code printed on it. The ticket can be presented in a printed form or digitally on a screen, such as a mobile phone.
To help resolve any ticket-related issues, we recommend noting down the order code of the ticket purchase. On the ticket itself, this is the first 9 digits of the barcode.
Once a ticket has been scanned and marked as valid, any subsequent scans will indicate that it is no longer valid. For this reason, visitors with valid tickets will be marked by the organizer with a chosen non-transferable physical form (wristband, stamp, etc.).
Warning
Please note that a ticket is a private document, and sharing it online, showing it, or allowing it to be photographed by others may lead to theft. The portal operator and the event organizer bear no responsibility if you do not keep the verification elements of the ticket secret and do not protect it from being copied or stolen.
