1. Basic Provisions
1.1. The operator of the portal tickets.depechemode.sk is:

hereinafter referred to as the "Operator".
1.2. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the relationship between the operator of the online ticket sales portal at the domain tickets.depechemode.sk (hereinafter referred to as the "Portal") and the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer").
1.3. Information and customer support are provided via email at tickets@depechemode.sk and by phone at +421 908 175 660.
2. Subject of Regulation
2.1. The Operator provides the Buyer with the option to purchase electronic tickets (hereinafter referred to as the "Ticket") for events through the online portal.
2.2. The Operator acts solely as an intermediary between the event organizer and the Buyer. The event organizer is responsible for its execution, content, and all related conditions.
2.3. Tickets are delivered to the Buyer in the form of a PDF file with a QR code to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
2.4. The Ticket represents a one-time document entitling the holder to enter the specified event.
2.5. Each Ticket contains a unique identification code, which may be verified upon entry to the event.
2.6. The organizer reserves the right to change the date and venue of the event. In such cases, the terms and conditions set by the organizer apply.
2.7. The Buyer is required to present the Ticket at the entrance to the event, either in printed form or displayed on a mobile phone screen.
3. Order and Payment
3.1. An order can be placed through the Operator's website by completing the order form.
3.2. The Buyer is required to provide accurate and truthful information necessary to complete the order.
3.3. When purchasing a Ticket, the Buyer must provide the following details: name, surname, and email address. Providing a phone number is optional and serves only for quick resolution of issues related to the Ticket or its purchase.
3.4. Purchases can be made without registration. If the Buyer enters a password during the purchase, an account will be automatically created.
3.5. Payment for Tickets is made exclusively online using the available payment methods:
- Bank transfer to an account (Fio banka, a.s.) with the option to pay using a payment QR code.
- Payment by bank card via the NestPay payment gateway (VÚB banka).
- Payment via PayPal.
3.6. The Ticket price includes handling fees, card payment fees, transaction fees, and other administrative costs associated with processing the order.
3.7. After successful payment, the Buyer will receive an email with an electronic Ticket, which can be downloaded in PDF format.
3.8. If the Buyer has an account, all purchased Tickets are available for download in the "My Tickets" section of their account.
3.9. If the payment fails, the order is automatically canceled.
4. Cancellation and Complaints
4.1. Once purchased, Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged unless explicitly stated otherwise in the terms of the specific event.
4.2. In the event of event cancellation, the Buyer will be provided with a refund according to the organizer's instructions. The form of compensation (refund, replacement Ticket) depends on the organizer's decision.
4.3. If a refund is issued for a Ticket due to event cancellation, the refunded amount will be reduced by handling fees, card payment fees, transaction fees, and other administrative costs.
4.4. The Buyer is not entitled to a refund for the Ticket after the event has taken place.
4.5. The Buyer is not entitled to a refund for the Ticket if they subjectively disliked the event or if it did not meet their expectations.
4.6. The Buyer has the right to report an undelivered Ticket within 48 hours of purchase via customer support.
4.7. Complaints are handled on a case-by-case basis, and a response will be sent within 7 business days.
5. Use of the Ticket
5.1. The Ticket is valid only for the event for which it was purchased.
5.2. The Buyer must ensure that the Ticket (QR code) is not shared or copied to prevent misuse.
5.3. Identity verification of the Buyer may be required at the entrance to the event.
5.4. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to individuals with an invalid or duplicate Ticket.
6. Personal Data Protection
6.1. The Operator processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and the privacy policy stated on the website.
6.2. The Buyer consents to the processing of personal data for the purpose of processing the order and delivering the Ticket.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. The Operator reserves the right to change these Terms.
7.2. The Buyer is required to review the current Terms before making a purchase.
7.3. In the event of disputes between the Buyer and the Operator, the applicable legislation applies, and the resolution will be carried out in accordance with legal regulations.
7.4. These Terms become effective on the date of their publication on the Operator's website.
